Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PulpitSync, a service provided by Ettevõtluskeskus OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Service Description

PulpitSync is a church service planning and coordination platform that provides:

  • Service planning and scheduling tools
  • Real-time synchronization for live services
  • Team management and volunteer coordination
  • Live translation support
  • Song library and licensing management

Account Terms

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

Free trial periods are subject to the terms specified at the time of sign-up. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

Data and Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing the service to you.

Data Backup: While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time through the service dashboard. Upon account termination, data export is available for 30 days.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ettevõtluskeskus OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

"PulpitSync" and associated logos are trademarks of Ettevõtluskeskus OÜ. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETTEVÕTLUSKESKUS OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ettevõtluskeskus OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
